Client Services Technician (Entry Level)

  • Manage the overall technical installation of computer hardware, network connectivity, database installation and setup, as well as application installations.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, network environments, security configurations, and group policy management. 
  • Establish training classes with customer's management team and/or end users.
  • Work directly with the software development team to improve the functionality and quality of our software applications.
  • Work directly with customers to analyze their business needs for adding functionality or improving features within a software application.
  • Perform usability testing, operational testing, and internet-based product training with restaurant industry professionals.
  • Must be willing to travel including weekends and holidays.
  • Nights and Weekends are required on a rotational basis

The ability to perform highly responsible and complex work; work productively with or without direct supervision; interact professionally with clients and vendors; establish and maintain effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work; work in a team environment; use discretion in handling confidential matters; comply with and enforce safety; health and environmental policies. Installing and providing on-site training of restaurant management software solutions is a plus.
